You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have all necessary rights to upload and share it. You must not upload User Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or violates any laws.

Our services and their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software) are owned by Vibes or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services without our express prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibes and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or within our application. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
